Job Transition

First Church is a member of Eastside Take Control, a program that supports and equips people in job transition. A collaboration of six area congregations, East Side Take Control provides expert advice and one-on-one consulting for job seekers.  In addition, Eastside Take Control organizes small assessment and accountability groups, and provides a weekly group for discussing the emotional and spiritual aspects of the job search, called “Digging Deeper.”  Digging Deeper is hosted right here at First Church every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. If you or someone you know has lost a job or is seeking a new employment opportunity, contact us for more information or connect with ETC at Yahoo! or LinkedIn.
